Dues Collection

Dues are $1200 and paid semi-annually in the amount of $600 due January 5 and July 5, 2024. Payments can be made electonically through your member portal or by mailing a check made payable to "Marion Oaks" to:

Garbage Collection

Garbage collection is provided by GFL Environmental USA Inc and is a service included in your yearly dues. Garbage collection day is Monday and all garbage cans should be removed from the curb within 24 hours of garbage collection

 

Requests and Grievences 

Modification requests and bylaw violation concerns can be made by contacting Polka Dot Property Management via email and will be passed along to the HOA Board for review. It is not the policy of Property Management to issue violations nor approve/deny modification requests, as that responsibility lies with your elected Board of Directors. Before issuing a complaint, we encourage you to ensure that a Bylaw infraction is being made as the Board is not responsible for addressing individual neighborly annoyances.

Snow Removal and Salting of Community Roads

Nelligan's Outdoor Services, LLC is your local snow removal contractor. Snow will be plowed when accumulation reaches a minimum of 2 inches. When icy conditions occur, salt will be laid at community entrances and exits, intersections, and bus stops. Should additional salt or plowing be needed, this will be completed on an as-needed basis per the HOA Board's approval. We encourage residents to drive cautiously and slowly while in the community at all times, but especially as we enter this winter season.
